Summary

Anisa Jordan and Melissa Smart from the Ethics Education Division of the ARDC will provide an overview of recent cases involving defense attorneys as well as discuss the amendments to the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct involving non-refundable attorney’s fees; they will also address the inherent ethical considerations in using artificial intelligence technologies in the legal profession. This 60-minute CLE will be presented via Zoom and is eligible for 1.0 Hours of Professionalism/legal ethics.
